Autonomous Solar Panel Cleaning

Enerbot E1 Series

Manual and self-driving, waterless robots that clear dust and grime from every panel, so your array keeps producing at its peak, season after season.

The Problem

What soiling really costs you

Silent output loss

Dust and debris build up gradually and can quietly cut panel output long before anyone notices there's a problem.

Crews don't scale

Ladders, water trucks, and crew scheduling add up fast, and none of it gets easier as your site grows.

Losses hide in plain sight

Most monitoring dashboards miss soiling loss entirely, until it's already cost you weeks of output.

Precision Engineered

Built to keep your array spotless, panel by panel

E1 Pro robot mid-clean on a rooftop solar array, dust-covered panels on one side and freshly cleaned panels on the other
Live Obstacle Sensing A wide-angle lens provides a clear forward view, spotting cabling and hardware early enough to ease off before contact, not after.
Dual Microfiber Brushes Two counter-rotating rollers sweep dust, pollen, and grit off the glass with dry microfiber, lifting debris clear instead of pushing it onto the next row.
All-Terrain Traction Textured rubber tracks grip rails, roofing, and ground-mount frames alike, adjusting pressure automatically so the robot holds its line on a steep tilt.
Onboard LiDAR Mapping A LiDAR unit maps the array on its first run, plotting every row and gap so the robot plans its own route without a technician on site.
Weatherproof Aluminum Shell The sealed aluminum housing carries an IP65 rating against dust and driving rain, keeping the electronics dry through storms and windblown desert grit.

Capabilities

One series, the whole maintenance loop

The E1 Series offers both manual control for targeted jobs and full autonomy with the E1 Pro. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Smart Navigation & Full Coverage

Edge-detection sensors, anti-slip algorithms, and automatic turnaround let it track long panel rows with precision, with no overlaps or missed spots. It senses row ends and adjusts its path to avoid drops and jams.

Built for Harsh Conditions

The housing resists UV, humidity, and abrasive particles, so it holds up on dusty sites, under intense sun, and through wide temperature swings, from 0°C to 60°C.

Extended Battery Life

A high-capacity Li-ion battery powers cleaning sessions of up to 5 hours per battery, enough for extended runs across large arrays.

Adaptive-Pressure Rotary Brush

A high-density nylon brush lifts dust, sand, and fine particles without scratching the glass. An adaptive pressure system automatically adjusts contact force for even cleaning across the full module.

Dry or Wet Cleaning

Switch between dry cleaning for water-scarce sites and wet cleaning, with a direct hose connection, for stubborn soiling. Whichever mode fits the job.

Remote or Fully Autonomous

Run it by remote control up to 1,000 m away for quick interventions, or switch to fully autonomous mode to cut operating time and reduce staffing needs.
